Test House Facility
Our Test House at Crosshouse Road manages all machining and manufacture of Lifting Gear, all Mild Steel Fabrication and Testing Services/Lifting gear sales. Our Crosshouse Road site was acquired in 2006.This provides a 10,000 sq. ft Test House Facility and can undertake a full test & inspection service up to 280 Tonnes on our UKAS accredited / Lloyds Register Approved test rigs.
In-House Fully Equipped Workshop
To compliment this facility, our in-house fully equipped workshop provides manual and CNC lathes and mills, vertical boring, radial drilling, profiling and welding plant for all manufacturing of marine equipment.
Fabrication & Welding
We undertake Stainless Steel and Aluminum Fabrication & Welding of push pits, pulpits, A Frames, Biminis & fuel tanks etc.
Engine Installation, Service & Repairs
We also undertake Engine Installation, Servicing and Repairs on all major inboards and outboards, generators, pumps, valves, pipework and propeller & shaft renewals to name a few.
